Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

$25-$40/hour (base

• commission)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fraser Valley, BC (can be located anywhere from Vancouver to Hope)

We're looking for someone who is great with people and confident turning calls into booked jobs.

This is not a cold-calling role - we generate a high volume of inbound leads daily (50+/day). Your job is to guide customers, build trust quickly, and confidently close the work. If you like being on the phone, staying organized, and earning more based on your performance, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked services
• Guide customers through options and confidently recommend solutions
• Follow up with leads and close pending jobs
• Support scheduling and basic office/admin coordination
• Keep notes organized and ensure smooth customer communication

Performance Focus

• We aim for a 40% close rate on inbound leads
• Success in this role comes from clear communication, confidence, and consistency - not pressure tactics
• You'll have a steady pipeline (50+ calls/day) to work from

Pay & Earning Potential

• Base hourly pay plus commission on booked jobs
• Typical earnings: $4,000-$8,000+ per month
• Higher earnings for strong closers
• Larger jobs = higher commissions

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator who is comfortable leading conversations
• Confident asking for the sale and closing bookings
• Organized and reliable - able to manage multiple calls and tasks
• Comfortable being on the phone for a large portion of the day
• Located in the Fraser Valley, BC

Ideal Background

• Customer service, dispatch, or call center experience
• Sales, booking, or appointment-setting experience
• Experience in home services is a plus
