About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Director to lead and grow strategic client relationships from our Atlanta office. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, oversee account strategy and execution, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction while driving business growth.

This is a senior-level position for a strong relationship builder who combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts

  • Develop long-term account strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for senior client stakeholders

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling

  • Oversee the delivery of projects and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, creative, etc.)

  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and profitability

  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations to clients

  • Mentor and support account managers and team members as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development

  • Proven experience managing high-value or enterprise-level accounts

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools

  • Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
