About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Director to lead and grow strategic client relationships from our Atlanta office. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, oversee account strategy and execution, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction while driving business growth.
This is a senior-level position for a strong relationship builder who combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts

Develop long-term account strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for senior client stakeholders

Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling

Oversee the delivery of projects and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met

Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, creative, etc.)

Monitor account performance, KPIs, and profitability

Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations to clients

Mentor and support account managers and team members as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development

Proven experience managing high-value or enterprise-level accounts

Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools

Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
