Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator who understands the Nova Scotia market and the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with local companies, and helping expand our B2B delivery network.

You'll play a key role in growing our client base, improving service partnerships, and supporting overall sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential business clients in Nova Scotia.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government departments, and logistics partners.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic sales and partnership plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new business clients.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Support marketing activities, events, and promotions aimed at business acquisition.
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance and pipeline growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in logistics, transportation, or delivery services.
• Strong knowledge of Nova Scotia's business landscape and local market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
