We are currently seeking a bilingual Executive Assistant who is eager to play a strategic role at the heart of our leadership team and actively contribute to the evolution of our organizational culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the center of the action, anticipates needs, brings structure, and positively influences the dynamics of an executive team.
How will you make an impact:
As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will serve as a key driver of organizational effectiveness. Beyond administrative support and calendar management, you will contribute to:
- Optimizing executive operations
- Facilitating decision-making
- Strengthening cohesion and strategic alignment
- Actively supporting company culture initiatives
- Contribute to the organization of client visits, manager meetings (shoulder retreats) as well as the annual tour of the management team.
You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where rigor, agility, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
What makes you a great fit:
- Proactively manage the calendars of senior leadership members (strategic prioritization, meeting coordination, end-to-end logistics)
- Plan business travel (transportation, accommodations, expense tracking, and reimbursements)
- Anticipate needs and ensure seamless support in a constantly evolving, priority-driven environment
- Work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure consistency in practices
- Strong team spirit and well-developed interpersonal intelligence
- Ability to handle complex situations with calmness and sound judgment
- High level of autonomy and a strategic sense of priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and rigor
- Absolute discretion in handling confidential information
- Full bilingualism (French and English, both written and spoken) so you can interact with colleagues across the country.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
