Key Objectives
As a Remote Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities that keep our dental practice running efficiently. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing team productivity and improving patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for multiple team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital records, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and training processes by assisting with documentation and scheduling.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage supply orders and vendor communications as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in healthcare or dental settings.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.
