What we’re looking for:

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist/Strategist.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and mentored by a Digital Performance Team Lead, your mandate will be to support your team in building strategies, implementing tactics, and optimizing various online advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Design advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads;
  • Build dashboards and perform monitoring;
  • Plan and lead digital initiatives, from initial pitch to delivery;
  • Set up tracking and analyze data;
  • Support and oversee analysts and specialists in delivering their projects, from strategy through maintenance and account optimization;
  • Ensure the performance and health of client accounts in SEO/SEA/SMM, Programmatic, etc.;
  • Optimize and maintain search engine account performance;
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO);
  • Stay on the lookout for new marketing opportunities within mandates;
  • Partner with clients to bring new value-added ideas to life;
  • Prepare and present monthly status updates on the performance of various platforms and campaigns (KPIs, Programmatic, SEA, SMM, etc.);
  • Perform quality assurance for Google Ads, Google Display, Meta Ads, tracking, dashboarding, and more;
  • Advise clients and execute marketing tactics;
  • Optimize SEO/SEA/SMM, CRO, and Programmatic solutions internally;
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends.

Required qualifications and attributes:

  • 3–10 years of experience creating and managing digital marketing campaigns (particularly online advertising and SEO);
  • Proficiency with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google advertising platforms;
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics;
  • Experience with Google Data Studio or Google Tag Manager, an asset;
  • Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, an asset;
  • Knowledge of HTML, an asset;
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, an asset;
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), an asset;
  • Communication and collaboration: excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, positive attitude and strong relationship skills, good tolerance for constructive feedback;
  • Organization and execution: autonomy, strong organizational skills, time and priority management, ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Creative and strategic vision: dynamism, creativity and innovation, and an analytical mind;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French;
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, as you will deal with part of our clientele based in Ontario.
