We are a small, creative, and passionate team united by our love of communication, science, and marketing. We are currently looking for a bilingual Project Manager to manage our wide range of mandates with enthusiasm and rigour.

By joining our team, you will work closely with management, the production team, and our external collaborators to create impactful and creative communication tactics, all in a 100% remote work bilingual environment.

 

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Account Directors and the President in planning and executing various projects.
  • Participating in the development of innovative communication programs for our Duck & Partners clients and for our CommuniVET™ members.
  • Planning and managing media placements for our clients, including developing annual media plans, managing relationships with different media outlets, and deploying ads according to established schedules.
  • Ensuring quality assurance at various stages of projects, including tracking client-requested changes or corrections, and quality control of work completed by various contributors.
  • Coordinating work with internal collaborators (graphic designer, writer, video editor) and external ones (e.g., subcontractors, freelancers, etc.).
  • Ensuring the delivery of various projects within deadlines and in accordance with client specifications.
  • Measuring the effectiveness and performance of certain communication activities using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Conducting research and negotiations with potential suppliers or subcontractors.
  • Performing certain administrative tasks that keep Duck & Partners and CommuniVET™ running smoothly.
  • Contributing to the agency’s business development initiatives.

 

Qualifications

Are you our ideal candidate?

  • Holds a university degree in a relevant field such as communications, marketing or animal health, and has a minimum of 3 years of experience—ideally in an agency or in the animal health industry—in a role involving project management.
  • Is fully bilingual – English and French, spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Has strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Has excellent client service skills, attention to detail, versatility, creativity, autonomy, and initiative.
  • Has demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Has proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Is familiar with software such as MailChimp, Survey Monkey, Google Analytics, Articulate/Storyline (an asset).
  • Can work both in a team and independently.
  • Resides in the greater Montreal area and enjoys working 100% remotely while being open to occasional travel for meetings or events.
