We’re growing and are looking for a Sales & Customer Success Representative to join our passionate team and help organizations discover a smarter way to assess real skills.
YOUR ROLE
As a Sales & Account Representative, you’ll play a key role in both business development and client relationship management.
You’ll be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, acquiring new clients, supporting existing customers, and managing the full sales process, while ensuring an exceptional client experience at every stage of the journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and approach new potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via our website and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify inbound prospects based on their needs and present the Zmartests brand and platform.
- Schedule and lead video calls and software demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Develop and retain existing accounts through proactive follow-ups and by maximizing growth opportunities (upsell, reactivation, renewal).
- Support new clients during onboarding and help them get the most out of the Zmartests platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute prospecting campaigns.
- Share client feedback with the product and marketing teams to help improve our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and ensure data integrity.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management—ideally in a SaaS or HR Tech environment.
- We will also consider recruiters with around 2 years of experience (agency or corporate) who have a solid understanding of recruitment processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable with prospecting (cold calls) and virtual meetings.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent) (an asset)
- Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (online prospecting, campaigns, automation tools).
- Genuine interest in the SaaS ecosystem and the fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
- Empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
