Director, Sales & Marketing

Position Overview:

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected and forward-thinking organization in their search for a Director, Sales & Marketing. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a dynamic and strategic professional to drive the company's growth by leading both its sales and marketing functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will shape the organization's commercial direction by enhancing revenue performance, expanding global market presence, and strengthening brand recognition.

The successful candidate will join the executive leadership team, guiding sales and marketing strategies that align with the organization's overall business vision. This role requires a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on leadership—someone who can inspire teams, nurture partnerships, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of cohesive sales and marketing strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen profitability, and enhance market share.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet performance objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors, while identifying new partnership opportunities to drive business expansion.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, distribution networks, and product positioning to optimize revenue performance across national and international markets.
  • Guide the development of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and communication strategies that reinforce the company's reputation and customer engagement.
  • Champion the design and implementation of sales training, performance standards, and incentive programs to develop and retain top-performing teams.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and strategic meetings to promote products, strengthen relationships, and identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in B2B sales and marketing management.

  • Proven record of success in growing sales revenue, market share, and customer base.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and distributor networks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship management abilities.
  • Skilled in analyzing market trends, forecasting performance, and developing actionable business plans.
  • Ability to travel frequently and represent the organization with professionalism and integrity.
