ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for a Group Benefits professional who gets just as excited about client service and connection as they do about plan designs and renewals.

This isn't a hard-sell role - it's about relationships. You'll be a trusted advisor to organizations across the Prairies, helping them craft benefits programs that make employees feel supported, valued, and cared for.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be the go-to for your clients - building real, lasting relationships that go beyond renewals.
  • Lead benefit renewals, proposals, and strategy meetings (you know your stuff - and you know how to make it make sense to clients).
  • Spot opportunities to make client programs better, more efficient, and more people-centered.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to deliver a client experience that's actually enjoyable.
  • Stay curious - keep learning about trends, products, and creative ways to add value.
  • Show up for your clients and your community. Sometimes that means a meeting across town, sometimes a chat at a conference - travel is part of the fun.
  • Keep your client info clean, compliant, and up-to-date (because details matter).
