About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. Working part-time and based out of our Head Office, Monday to Friday, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, handles confidential information with discretion, and anticipates needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Act as a communication liaison and gatekeeper between the CEO, leadership team, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all interactions by representing the CEO and company with excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of executive-level administrative experience, ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Discretion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel to our resorts when required.
- Familiarity with hospitality, tourism, or marine operations is an asset but not required.
