DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at DSMA. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute impactful digital campaigns, manage DSMA's online presence across web and social platforms, create engaging content, and track performance analytics. This role will play a key part in supporting lead generation efforts, driving social media engagement and strengthening DSMA's brand presence across North America.

THE ROLE

· Reports To: Vice President of Marketing

· Located: Markham, ON

· Role Type: full-time, hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Marketing & Website

  • Apply SEO best practices to improve DSMA's online visibility and search rankings.
  • Manage DSMA's website with our developers and agency partners, ensuring content is current, user-friendly, and optimized.
  • Support digital campaigns across multiple regions, tailoring content for local markets.
  • Oversee integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social media, and webinars to promote thought leadership, client success stories, and events.

Social Media

  • Develop and implement DSMA's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts aligned with DSMA's brand voice.
  • Monitor channels daily, engage with audiences, and identify opportunities to grow DSMA's social following.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content to increase reach and engagement.

Content & Communications

  • Create and adapt content that communicates DSMA's expertise, industry insights, and client value in a clear and engaging way.
  • Ensure all written, visual, and video content reflects DSMA's brand standards, voice, and tone.
  • Plan and produce client-facing assets including blogs, newsletters, brochures, client alerts, videos, and presentations.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance across web, social, and campaign channels.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and Microsoft Office to analyze data and inform strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (certifications in digital marketing or AI tools considered an asset).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital strategy and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and content management systems
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools, such as MailChimp or Constant Contact would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suites Products
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in professional services, automotive, or M&A industries considered an asset.
