We are seeking a representative whose purpose will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining a high level of service, to contribute to SDI's positive image by being a welcoming and reliable point of contact, and to achieve individual and team objectives related to sales and quality.

Your key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, and in close collaboration with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:

  • Respond to customer questions and requests by phone or email
  • Provide accurate information about products, identify customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions
  • Process orders and requests for information
  • Handle complaints, resolve problems, and follow up with customers with patience and empathy, escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and document all interactions accurately in the management system (NetSuite)
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, procedures, and policies
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
  • Support the sales department including, as needed, promoting products, generating leads, and sending samples

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service
  • College-level education in a relevant field
  • Advanced bilingualism required -- expert level in both oral and written communication
  • Proficiency in the Office suite and experience with ERP/CRM management systems
  • Organizational skills: aptitude for methodical work and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Professionalism and sense of ethics
  • Legally authorized to work in Quebec permanently
