Responsibilities
- Support executives with scheduling, communication, and meeting coordination.
- Plan and organize morale events and team activities.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding logistics and equipment needs.
- Collaborate across teams to improve workflows and team efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years in event planning or team coordination.
- 2+ years using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- 2+ years presenting or supporting executive leadership.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working onsite and handling ambiguity.
