About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support executives with scheduling, communication, and meeting coordination.
  • Plan and organize morale events and team activities.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding logistics and equipment needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve workflows and team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in event planning or team coordination.
  • 2+ years using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • 2+ years presenting or supporting executive leadership.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be comfortable working onsite and handling ambiguity.
