Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, based in Canada, to join our team and take a leadership role in managing client accounts. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at developing and executing online marketing plans to achieve business objectives. As a key player in our agency, you'll collaborate with our team to oversee campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for B2C clients, focusing on lead generation, sales optimization, and brand growth through digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Manage client relationships, including regular communication, progress reporting, and strategy adjustments based on performance data.
  • Analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM software to identify insights and recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including content creators, designers, and analysts) to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and identify new opportunities for client growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership on business development, including pitching new clients and expanding services.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic role, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of driving leads and sales through online channels, with demonstrable ROI from past campaigns.
  • Strong strategic marketing expertise, including the ability to create comprehensive plans, set KPIs, and pivot based on data.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for client management and team collaboration.
