Dynacare is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Quebec market.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support our mission to become Canada's health and wellness leader. You will collaborate closely with client groups across the country, with a special focus on market growth in Quebec, to understand hiring needs and develop innovative strategies to reach the right candidates.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Build strong relationships with clients/hiring managers through understanding different business streams, staffing levels and position requirements:
- Provide support to managers regarding hiring decision as the SME for Talent Acquisition
- Create job postings and ensure internal and external posting and distribution.
- Source talent utilizing the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media, external job boards and building on and maintaining consistent partnership with various educational institutions.
- Manage, maintain, and update the ATS and recruitment reports.
- Support recruitment lifecycle in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Screen, interview, assess candidates and manage the employment offer process in conjunction with the Human Resources Generalists
- Monitor the hiring process to ensure conformity to recruitment policies, procedures and best practices and advise managers of relevant legislations related to the recruitment function and risks associated with non-compliance.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the human resources team to ensure successful on-boarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with broader human resources team to manage local recruitment drives, career fairs and other attraction practices that support business needs.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
Fully Bilingual in French and English
Knowledge of recruitment-related legislation and best practices as demonstrated through CHRP, RPR, and AIRS recruitment-related certifications.
Post-secondary education in business and/or social science discipline or equivalent demonstrating understanding of human behavior as applied to the workplace.
Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience with high volume hiring requirements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and social media tools.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to use internet search tools and programs to source candidates (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn recruiter, Corporate Works, etc.)
SOCIAL PROCESS SKILLS:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrating fluency in both French and English required for public presentations, phone and virtual-based interviewing, reporting, and offer letters.
- Ability to collaborate and problem-solve with multiple stakeholders in projects.
- Energetic and enthusiastic presentation style to effectively articulate the benefits of choosing a career at Dynacare.
- Dedicated to the highest level of positive client experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a hybrid role working primarily from home and attending in office as needed. It will require attending several career events in Quebec to market the Dynacare brand and focus on recruitment initiatives.
