KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize, produce, and edit impactful video content, including:
- UGC-style short videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Product ads, recipes, lifestyle integrations, and supplement usage demonstrations
- Educational content highlighting sports nutrition and wellness
- Plan and execute professional product photoshoots, both lifestyle and studio, delivering assets optimized for social, web, and marketplace platforms.
- Create complementary design assets such as thumbnails, feed images, ads, and banners that maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
- Manage and curate social media feeds (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Stay ahead of social trends and proactively pitch fresh, relevant content ideas.
- Develop monthly content guidelines aligned with campaigns, seasonal events, and marketing priorities.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and eCommerce teams to ensure content supports broader business objectives.
- Produce and optimize creative assets for paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
- Work closely with digital marketing team to test variations of ad creatives and apply learnings to future content.
- Support engagement efforts by creating interactive content formats (polls, Q&As, challenges) to drive conversation with our audience
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and communicates our core values in a relatable, compelling way.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library to streamline usage across teams and platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, or social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) or equivalent editing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools and eagerness to experiment with new production technologies.
- Strong photography and videography skills, including lighting, composition, and editing.
- Foundational graphic design skills with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and color.
- Experience managing social media accounts content with an understanding of platform best practices.
- A passion for fitness, wellness, or sports nutrition is an added strong asset.
- Excellent English skills to produce and optimize high-quality bilingual content on digital platforms and to ensure consistent communications for our Canadian and North American customers.
