We're looking for an outgoing and motivated Business Development Specialist to connect with homeowners, property investors, and industry professionals-identifying qualified prospects and passing them to our sales team.
What You'll Do- Prospecting: Identify potential clients through door-to-door outreach, networking, social media, and community events.
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects, ask targeted questions, and confirm they meet service criteria.
- Data Collection: Secure accurate contact information and project details for the sales team.
- Brand Representation: Present Safeside Homes and Parker Design Build in a professional, friendly, and trustworthy manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people face-to-face and over the phone.
- Experience in
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Comfortable working outdoors and visiting residential neighborhoods.
- Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Uncapped commissions based on qualified leads delivered to sales.
