We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and performance across our portfolio.
This role owns both the strategy and execution of digital marketing, ensuring campaigns and channels directly support leasing and business objectives. You will lead performance across paid media, SEO, email, website, and listings while working within a modern marketing tech stack to enable execution, tracking, and optimization.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is both strategic and analytical, and comfortable managing a team while driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead digital marketing strategy across all channels (paid media, SEO, email, website, listings)
Drive qualified lead generation and optimize conversion performance
Plan and execute campaigns aligned to business and leasing priorities
Manage and optimize channel performance through testing, data, and insights
Work across marketing platforms and tools to support execution, tracking, and reporting
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure systems and campaigns are operating effectively
Lead and develop a team of digital specialists, driving accountability and performance

What You Bring
7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
Proven track record driving measurable results (leads, conversions, ROI)
Strong experience across paid media, SEO, email, and web
Comfortable working with marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
Experience managing or mentoring a team
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bonus: Experience in real estate marketing, particularly within the multifamily asset class

The approximate salary range for this role is $100,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, educational attainment, professional designations, internal equity, and other job-related requirements.
