In this role, you'll be the bridge between our company and our diverse customer base-supporting sales, delivering engaging marketing campaigns, and helping grow our presence in multilingual markets. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your language skills, creativity, and business acumen in a role that makes a direct impact. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support:
- Assist with client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups in both languages.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Maintain customer databases (CRM) and track sales metrics.
- Translate sales documents and client communications as needed.
- Act as a communication bridge for our inside sales team when French speaking dealers or customers contact us Marketing Support:
- Assist in translating and developing bilingual marketing content (emails, brochures, social media, website copy).
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns targeting multilingual audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Help to plan & attend trade shows, assisting in set up, taking photos/videos, visit with customers and help with product demos.
- Collect customer and dealer feedback in both French and English. Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing departments.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, analytics, and performance summaries.
- Help coordinate shipping of promotional materials and equipment to events or dealers. Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, CRM platforms).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
