JOB SUMMARY
Now, if you would like to join our company as a Marketing Coordinator, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Execute the communication strategy related to the Centre Bell restaurants
- Coordinate the updating and printing of restaurant and suite menus
- Coordinate the updating of online information (photos, descriptions, menus)
- Create engaging content for social media and Centre Bell screens related to the restaurants
- Coordinate promotional visuals and signage
- Manage the inclusion of food and beverage offerings in various newsletters
- Generate new initiatives to promote the food and beverage offerings
- Manage and share restaurant schedules with internal teams
- Coordinate photoshoots for restaurants and suites, including the creation of moodboards beforehand
- Respond to comments on our various platforms and follow up appropriately
- Coordinate and execute various marketing initiatives
- Perform any other related tasks
THINK YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE OUR NEXT MARKETING COORDINATOR?
We are committed to hiring the most talented person for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you’re likely to succeed in this position:
- Hold a university degree in Marketing
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in the restaurant industry is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Solid knowledge of Facebook tools (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Business Manager)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Canva is an asset
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends depending on the event schedule
- Creative and passionate about social media and content creation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and thorough
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively
