We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (Growth Product Engineer) to help shape the future of the Let’s Roam app and website. In this role, you’ll design and implement intuitive, engaging user experiences that drive growth. From building new gameplay and features to running A/B tests and optimizing funnels, your work will directly impact how millions of users interact with our platform.

🌟 ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Generalist who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and growth. This role is all about making our campaigns more effective, scalable, and impactful. You’ll own projects across Meta, Google, email, SMS, and emerging channels while experimenting with new initiatives, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving measurable results.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO

Meta & Google Ads (30%)

  • Launch, test, and optimize new campaigns across Meta & Google.
  • Frame campaign strategy, audiences, copy, and creative.
  • Build ads using Canva/AI tools and work with contractors for video assets.

New Marketing Initiatives (40%)

  • Run daily checklists across key platforms to ensure performance.
  • Develop partnerships for user-generated content (UGC) and scalable ad initiatives.
  • Lead new channel launches (TikTok, brochures, partnerships).
  • Script and support new video assets, blogs, and sales collateral.
  • Experiment with new marketing systems and campaigns.

Lifecycle Marketing – Email, SMS & Push (10%)

  • Own strategy, execution, and performance of email/SMS/push campaigns.
  • Monitor results, set goals, and drive revenue impact.

Conversion Rate Optimization (10%)

  • Analyze conversion funnels across multiple domains.
  • Identify drop-off points, run A/B tests, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor waterfall flows in GA4.

Third-Party Partnerships (10%)

  • Maintain and optimize relationships with third-party tools and partners.
  • Explore opportunities with cities, organizations, and platforms to promote campaigns.

🧩 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (both strongly preferred).
  • Strong background in performance marketing, campaign scaling, and creative testing.
  • Hands-on skills with Canva and AI tools to quickly create assets.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in GA4, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience writing ad copy, video scripts, and creating ad hooks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable managing contractors and giving constructive feedback.
  • AI-savvy, agile, and excited to try new approaches.
