Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Email & Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic email marketing, audience segmentation, and customer journey optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and implement strategic email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Utilize segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant content to different customer groups.
- Design and build visually appealing email layouts, incorporating graphics and multimedia elements tailored to our female audience.
- Set up and manage Klaviyo flows, personalization features, and automation to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within email communications.
Growth Marketing Initiatives
- Collaborate on strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across email and other owned channels.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing initiatives.
- Implement tactics to increase customer lifetime value and overall revenue contribution.
Segmentation Strategy & Management
- Create, manage, and optimize customer segments based on behavior, demographics, purchase history, and engagement levels.
- Analyze segment performance to refine targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a segmentation framework that supports marketing objectives and revenue goals.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on campaign performance with a focus on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Simplify complex data into understandable reports for stakeholders.
Customer Journey Optimization
- Map and optimize the customer journey to enhance user experience and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and increase lifetime value through targeted communication.
Marketing Automation
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows in Klaviyo, utilizing segmentation to deliver timely and relevant messages.
- Leverage Klaviyo's personalization and automation features to create customized experiences for different customer segments.
- Set up automated triggers and drip campaigns based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including design and content, but be capable of creating email layouts independently when necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Market Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in email marketing and personalization, particularly within the women's fashion sector.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on email marketing and segmentation.
- Proficient in Klaviyo, with experience in flows, personalization, and automation.
- Experience designing and creating visually engaging email layouts; proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
- Basic analytical skills with experience monitoring key email marketing metrics.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Passion for women's fashion and understanding of the female consumer market is highly desirable.
